Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms - 50% deposit with reservation and balance payable 14 days before arrival.
Strict cancellation policy - Cancellation up to 3 30 days before arrival results in a refund of the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days forfeits deposit.
No Smoking - The apartment is strictly no smoking inside the building or on balconies. Our cleaning service charge me $150 if they detect that smoking has taken place for an ultra deep cleaning service, and I have to pass this fee on to you if that it occurs I'm afraid.
Self Check-in -
We have self check-in and will provide details 24 hours prior to your stay
Respect our neighbours please - This is a residential building with permanent residents who I live alongside all year round and meet at the community meetings on a regular basis. Please be respectful of their right to enjoy their homes peacefully and quietly as you pass through the common areas and please no noise or loud music after 10pm and before 8am.
